Groups


We provide a space for people of all ages to grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with God. We grow through Bible studies, prayer groups, worship events, and other activities that focus on spiritual formation. All our Small Groups (Sunday School classes) meet on Sunday mornings at 9am at the church. Some additional details are below.

Ladies

Cheryl King

Our ladies have always been a very dynamic group. Their class is a staple at Emmanuel.

They also have a monthly Tuesday night Bible study, during the school year.

Men

Mike Phillips

The men of Emmanuel have seen growth in their class over the last few years. There is a deep, yet fun atmosphere the group.

The men also have a monthly breakfast & book study on Saturday mornings.

Halftime

Bro. D

Emmanuel's adults also get together in a co-ed setting on Wednesdays to refresh, renew, & recharge. Bro. D leads the group in this time of rich fellowship & study.

Young Adults/College & Career

Schaeffer & Bethnee Schmidt

Our young adults meet each Sunday morning for class and also Wednesday nights for more fellowship & encouragement.

Youth Group (7th-12th Grade)

Tanya Mantooth & Rick Schmidt

Our youth group meets for Sunday School with Tanya & Rick.

We also meet on Sunday & Wednesday nights for additional activities and youth group.

Older Kids (3rd-6th Grade)

Adrienne Huffines

This group of kids study the scripture each Sunday morning in an engaging and fun class.

Younger Kids (K-2nd Grade)

Amanda Powers, Jennifer Johnson, & Tina Medrano

Our younger elementary kids have a great time with a fun lesson from the Big Story book.

AWANA (K-6th Grade)

All our kids, Kindergarten through 6th grade, enjoy the exciting AWANA program on Wednesday nights, 6:30-7:40.

Toddlers & PreK (3-4 years)

The littles have a wonderful time learning the very basic truths of scripture.
